🔍 What does the future of hiring look like with AI by your side? We’re excited to unveil a behind-the-scenes look at LinkedIn’s Hiring Assistant, our first AI-powered recruiting agent, set to launch globally later this year. Cesar Cruz, a senior recruiter at LinkedIn, used Hiring Assistant to streamline sourcing and scheduling so he could focus on what truly matters, building meaningful, human connections. 🤝 Watch the video below to see what a day in the life of an AI-powered recruiter looks like, creating a future where hiring feels smarter, faster, and more human.🚀
A career in recruiting allows Talent Acquisition professionals to have a profound impact on the lives of the candidates they work with. I can genuinely recall nearly every one of the thousand+ offers I’ve had the privilege of extending over the years. For many of us who chose this path, that chance to shape someone’s career journey is what draws us in, and what keeps us inspired. Less inspiring? Administrative tasks, endless search strings, and late-night profile scanning in the hopes of finding that one great fit. The biggest promise of AI is time, giving recruiters the bandwidth to focus on what truly matters: building connections and influencing career paths in meaningful ways. Seeing that promise come to life is exciting. And one of our best, Cesar Cruz, recently shared in this video how recruiter workflows are already being transformed by LinkedIn’s own AI agent, Hiring Assistant. If you’re curious how it can help your team focus on the work that matters most, check it out here: https://lnkd.in/g5B4ZHNK

It’s no secret: learning is the heartbeat of nurse retention. LinkedIn data shows 59% of nurses crave ongoing education to advance their careers, but are we really meeting them where they are? As Jennifer Graebe of the American Nurses Credentialing Center puts it, “Learning is not a one-and-done, and it’s not a one-size-fits-all.” Yet too often, support fades once nurses move beyond the early stages of their careers, leaving mid-career talent feeling overlooked and undervalued. Here’s the urgent reality: while 52% of healthcare organizations offer financial assistance for continuing education (more than the number of nurses who say they want it!), only 17% provide the time nurses need to actually use it—despite nearly half of nurses saying time off or learning during work hours is crucial. If we want to keep our best nurses, it’s time to rethink our approach. Supporting learning isn’t just about tuition—it’s about making space for growth at every career stage. Click through to see the latest data from LinkedIn and the American Nurses Association (American Nurses Enterprise) on the state of healthcare hiring, and how some organizations are moving beyond the obstacles: https://lnkd.in/diWXezr3 #HealthcareReport2025 #HealthcareOnLinkedIn #HealthcareHiring
