We are pleased to announce the recipients of the WIA-Europe Awards & Grants for 2025. We would like to congratulate Kavya Murali Parthasarathy, the winner of the WIA-Europe Student Conference Grant, and Dr. Anna Chrobry, the winner of the WIA-Europe Inspirational Project Award. Kavya’s pioneering work in neuroeconomics to enhance astronaut well-being, alongside the acceptance of her paper for GLEX 2025 in New Delhi, stood out for its scientific depth, originality, and strong alignment with WIA-Europe’s core values. Her leadership at KinKinetics and dedication to advancing mental health support in extreme environments are equally inspiring. Anna’s innovative proposal, the Women in Aerospace Timeline Game, brilliantly captures our mission. This creative and impactful tool is set to boost WIA-Europe’s outreach, visibility, and engagement, particularly among younger generations.
