The technology delivers a 6 Megawatt R-MCS charge—faster than refueling with gasoline—and connects quicker than a driver can exit the vehicle. This innovation significantly enhances the efficiency of electric vehicles, offering reduced service downtime and unparalleled recharge speed, making them a superior alternative to traditional combustion engines.   Dilemma: Stakeholder Management: Grivix sales are quite complex and involve three parties: mining operators, vehicle manufacturers, and charging infrastructure providers. Each party has different interests. Even though grivix has the key technology at hand, it is the weakest player. How can grivix stay in the game? Focus on the mining operator and nudge them to align the 2 other players since they have the most clout; a clear strategy, but high risk if the miners don't go along. Get the vehicle manufacturers to install the plugs in their vehicles (standardize), keep their prices reasonably low, and work with miners to push the strategy, so the infrastructure providers are forced to go along with our technology? Or focus on the infrastructure providers, getting them to standardize, so the vehicle manufacturers are brought along (miners again play a key role here). Or……focus on a different market: it's just too complicated to ever work in the mining industry?
