It looks like there has been a recent deploy. When flagging a question, two links in the dialog are broken:

The URL for 'closed' has a weird $closedHelpUrl in it and links to the question itself, and the 'reopened' links to a Help Center page https://meta.stackexchange.com/help/reopenquestions which doesn't exist at all.
