It Should Feel Effortless

It Should Feel Effortless

I'm not talking about easy. I'm talking about effortless. Where the pain doesn't matter.  You either love what you are doing so much that the pain falls into the background, or there is just such a strong rythmn to what you are doing that the decisions you make truly make every moment a joy.  You know you are making the right decisions, even when the outcome is painful.  When you have to work really hard, long nights, weekends, travel.  It feels effortless.

That really is the key to this whole idea of growth hacking.  How do you hack growing faster than everyone else in your competition.  When no matter how hard you work, no matter how difficult the task, you see it as effortless.

Before you start your next campaign. Your next company. Take on that next project.

Why are you taking on the work? You really can make money doing a lot of things, but if you have the choice to work hard and it be effortless, save your effort for those.

Be Well.
