Pardon The Mess

I wanted to apologize for my absence recently.  Not only has work at YellowPike Media really been crazy (which is good), but we also had a death in the family that really threw us all for a loop.  I love what I do, but family always comes first, and this one in particular hit us hard, and even when working, it was all quite distracting. We had the services this past weekend, and that bit of closure definitely has us all feeling a bit better. There is a lot of healing yet to do, but we are back and feeling like ourselves again for the most part. I want to make sure and thank you all. So many well wishes and condolences.  I can't thank you all enough.

The good news is that it's a new week, and it feels good to have positive things to do.  E3 is coming up quickly, and for the video game side of things, it means that it's a crazy rush, and truly the start of our summer, leading into the Fall launches.  It's an exciting time and we'll have plenty to show and talk about.

Things are going well on the non-gaming front as well. Some great new content and videos will be going up soon for clients and it's really nice to see early work going live.

The lesson I'm taking from all this is that..

1. Time is precious.  Understand what is important to you and don't squander the time you have.  Don't regret not doing something. You never know when it'll end.

2. Be good to the people around you. In times of need, they are there for you, if you were there for them.  Things ran perfectly while I was with my family and I can only thank the great support I got from staff and clients alike on giving me the space I needed.
