How To Make A Billion Dollars

I've been feeling restless and distracted the last couple days.

It's been a hectic three weeks.  We've come off our first large project and it was crazy (and successful).  Although I left it feeling spent, physically and emotionally, I was also excited to have seen it come off so well. There were certainly issues, but we dealt with each one smartly.

I find myself worried about the pace of growth (ridiculous -we just started and it's going great). I find myself wasting time worrying about growth. I just caught it and it's stopping right here - with this blog.

Loic from Leard.rs had an excellent note to his community today (love his style). He reminded me that Mark Zuckerberg built a dating site for two universities, not a billion dollar company. It just ended up that way (several Billion actually).

I'm going back to what I know, and what I know works.  I'm building a great company.  Great people, great customer service and great clients. 

The rest will handle itself.
