Bouygues Group’s Post

Smart. Sustainable. Inclusive. That’s the vision driving innovation at Bouygues, as shared by Christophe Lienard, our Group Innovation Director. At Bouygues, we focus on practical, sustainable innovations that make a real difference. From the “Living Avenues” prototype unveiled at Viva Technology to the breakthrough solutions developed by our subsidiaries, we’re designing urban environments that are more resilient, low-impact, and people-centric. Together with our partners, we’re turning this vision into reality — building cities that serve both today’s needs and those of future generations.

Hy, it is difficult to consider that we are very near to solve problems by using urban cities concepts who are including methods and environnemental know how. I think that we are in a developing theory about knew urban concepts including environnemental points but we can not yet resolve the problems whitch are explanate and considered as tel actually. BY is in the right way to find and applicate new concepts as your four pillars, have a nice time, regards- sorry for my english

Excellent approach to delivering solutions to future challenges in the construction industry that also integrates brilliant stakeholders' collaboration. Weldone 👏

This all sounds nice on the surface, but what about your China compliance? You’re out here celebrating sustainability while ignoring the fact your Chinese customers and employees are exposed to huge legal risks. China isn’t messing around — non-compliance means jail time and multi-million dollar fines.

Impressive vision Christophe. You frame open‑innovation, technology, human capital and resilience as interlocking pillars—and that’s exactly what cities need now. Data shows every $1 spent on adaptation returns up to $43. Digital tools—from AI-driven digital twins to public‑finance tech—boost resilience while supporting equity and citizen inclusion. I’ve seen similar impact in city projects where citizen‑centered hackathons accelerated green‑infrastructure pilots and spurred private investment. How might Groupe Bouygues expand these models via urgent partnerships—especially in emerging markets—to replicate local co‑creation at scale? IEEE Smart Cities
