But growth rarely comes from echo chambers. It usually starts with discomfort. The challenge? Staying open when feedback stings. Especially when it contradicts your current plan. But if you want to lead—not just be liked—you’ve got to get curious, not just validated.

So spreche ich gerne mit deutlich älteren Personen über Ideen, als auch mit meinen Kindern, die 4 und 6 Jahre alt sind. Gerade bei den Kindern überraschen mich die Aussagen und Ergebnisse immer wieder. Dies ist die beste Art keinen Bias zu unterliegen und andere Sichtweisen in eigene Ideen und Entscheidungen einfließen zu lassen. „Der Köder muss dem Fisch schmecken und nicht dem Angler!“
