I don’t fight noise with noise. I let my results speak louder than their opinions. 💼 Most criticism online has nothing to do with you and everything to do with their projection. I don’t defend what doesn’t need defending. I stay focused. Stay consistent. Stay building. You can’t afford to get emotional about irrelevant feedback when you’re building something that lasts. 🎯 Silence and success are the best rebuttal.

Criticism especially the kind that isn’t rooted in truth can cut deep, more so when your content is anchored in identity, lived experience, and advocacy. As a wāhine Māori, a veteran, and a governance leader, I’ve learned that standing in your integrity is the most powerful defence. I pause before responding. I ask: does this criticism come from a place of understanding or fear? I’ve found that grace, clarity, and quiet confidence protect both my professional image and personal identity. Not everyone will agree with your voice, especially when it challenges systems but staying consistent in your values builds trust with the people who matter. And they’re the ones who help amplify your message.

Stay calm and composed when facing criticism. Assess it objectively, seeking constructive feedback while ignoring unfounded attacks. Focus on creating high-quality content and engaging positively with your audience.
