ACPV ARCHITECTS' project for Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts is set to open in 2027 in Bodrum. Overlooking the scenic waters of the eastern Mediterranean Sea from the Cennet Koyu peninsula in Turkey, the Bulgari Resort & Mansions Bodrum connects contemporary architectural language and the ancient civilizations that once inhabited the region, following a design that is anchored in the terrain and shaped by coastal views. Located at the tip of the peninsula, the Bulgari Resort Bodrum will be surrounded by an exclusive residential community comprising approximately 100 Mansions, which integrate local materials and green roofs to build harmonies with the identity of the place. From Rome to Tokyo: Building the Invisible - Part 1 Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo is a masterful celebration of two distinct elements: the 150-year-old legacy of Bvlgari and the ancient allure of Japan. Drawing a line between the two in the most artful way, it represents a seamless flow between two cultures, and the harmony that arises when two rich cultures meet. #Tokyo #BvlgariHotelTokyo #BvlgariHotels

ACPV ARCHITECTS project for Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts Ocean Mansions Dubai comprises a collection of seven two-story buildings positioned along the outer edge of Jumeirah Bay Island—home to the Bulgari Resort Dubai and Bulgari Lighthouse. The Mansions appear to hover above the sea, each one defined by a rectangular volume that accommodates a three-part indoor living area, connected with a sea-facing terrace, and five bedrooms on the upper floor. Floor-to-ceiling glass openings emphasize the project’s direct relationship with the sea, while the interiors reflect meticulous attention to detail and material selection, featuring oak wood paneling, silk wall coverings and handmade terracotta tiles. Well done to the ACPV ARCHITECTS team👏 Antonio Citterio, Patricia Viel, with Joseph Montaleone, and Cinzia Agnello, Marijana Andjelic, Renata Balzano, Francesca Bianchi, Uygar Boztepe, Sofia Brocchieri, Giovanni Consiglio, Francesco Cusani, Fabio Fassina, Alessandro Marini, Daria Passaro, Valerio Pozzi, Daniele Raimondi, Michael Silvestri, Martina Zeno. The building is deeply integrated into the urban fabric, with a façade that opens up and extends toward the square and the city. Its geometry transforms to reveal the structure and define the entrance. Discover more about this project: https://lnkd.in/d7QpGKQy
The Sky Taipei is nearing completion in the city’s Xinyi District, becoming a new landmark and a global destination. The mixed-use tower is inspired by local bamboo shoots and pleats of Greek columns—some of the oldest elements from Eastern and Western cultures—enriching the urban skyline with its gleaming profile and reflecting Taiwan’s unique balance of modernism and tradition. The lower levels of the building integrate retail spaces, restaurants and a performance center that lead to two hotels, while its base will offer a welcoming, multi-functional public space. During the first edition of “Sinergie Digitali” conference, we discussed digital transformation and innovation. Through a series of talks, we explored key themes shaping our industry—AI in design, data governance, and the enhancement of heritage assets. From the legal implications of AI and copyright, to managing digital change in integrated workflows, and the use of 3D scanning, digital twins, and AI for construction site safety—we shared some insights together with BonelliErede, Harpaceas Srl, FAI - Fondo per l'Ambiente Italiano and GRAPHISOFT. An event with the participation of ACPV ARCHITECTS Head of Digital Design Emiliano Capasso and Head of Design Technology Vincenzo Panasiti, Giulia Tenaglia and Pasquale Tammaro, Noemi Rende and Fabio Sireus, Francesca Turati, Marlon Boshi, moderated by Gianluigi Bonanomi.

During Tall Buildings 2025 at Triennale Milano, ACPV ARCHITECTS Co-Founder Patricia Viel highlighted the importance of rethinking our cities as true human environments—designed to reflect the needs, values, and potential of the communities who live in them. Discussing our studio's latest projects, she went into detail about the Rockefeller Group public plaza in NYC, "La Città della Gioia" urban regeneration in Rome and Covivio Symbiosis District in Milan. An event organized by Guamari Srl, Università Iuav di Venezia and Politecnico di Milano, coordinated by Aldo Norsa and Dario Trabucco.
June 25, from 2.30 pm. ACPV ARCHITECTS Head of Digital Design Emiliano Capasso and Head of Design Technology Vincenzo Panasiti will be hosted by Ordine degli Architetti Brescia to discuss the role of generative AI in the architectural field. They will explore the evolving relationship between Information Management and AI, starting from the transition from computational models to AI-driven systems. The presentation will reflect on what this shift means for architectural practices—as an opportunity to rethink processes, workflows, and decision-making. They will go into detail about AI Agents, data query and generation, presenting our studio’s project "A new AI generation marble", developed with Marazzi Group and Reply, where AI enabled the generation of innovative patterns for ceramic surfaces through structured datasets and advanced design models. An event with the participation of Emiliano Capasso, Vincenzo Panasiti and Professor Roberto Magnani, moderated by Pietro Bianchi (Ordine degli Architetti Brescia).
