🌍 #Astek strengthens its #climate strategy On June 12, our greenhouse gas reduction targets were officially validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (#SBTi), aligning us with the most ambitious global trajectory: the 1.5°C scenario. 🎯 -59% emissions by 2034 🎯 Net Zero by 2050 (90% reduction + 10% offset) This international commitment mobilizes 12 countries, each implementing tailored action plans, driven by our network of #CarbonAmbassadors. Beyond reducing our footprint, this initiative supports our long-term performance, meeting the growing expectations of clients, partners, and investors. 4️⃣ Not to be missed Astek news from June! ⚕️#Astek has launched its #CRO subsidiary, ALSINOVA CRO, designed to support life sciences manufacturers with outsourced solutions for clinical research and market launches. This new brand leverages Astek's expertise and recent acquisitions, including Sanoïa - Real World Digital CRO and IT&M Stats. With a presence in many countries and AI expertise from Simelabs - Digital, AI/ML, Automation, Robotics, Gen AI., #ALSINOVA offers both a global vision and local resources to help clients address operational and financial challenges. 🔎 In spring, #AstekSweden held a #leadership training for our consultants. This training equipped new and experienced consultants with the tools to lead with clarity, empathy, and strategic thinking. The goal was to enhance their ability to manage change, make wise decisions, and communicate effectively. Developing as a leader involves understanding people, building trust, and fostering success for others. By investing in future leaders, we strengthen our organization and position ourselves for long-term success. 🎉 To wrap up this fantastic year, #AstekPoland and #AstekFrance hosted an #AnnualParty across their regions! The events brought together our incredible employees for an evening filled with togetherness, celebration, and gratitude. 🎽 #AstekCanada proudly partnered with SUMMA for the Olympiques spéciaux Québec benefit evening at the Montreal Science Centre's Belvedere. Thanks to the generosity of our guests and the commitment of honorary co-presidents Alain Desmarais and Eric-Olivier Savoie, a record $803,492 was raised for social inclusion through sport. The event celebrated diversity, courage, and solidarity, showcasing our belief in supporting impactful initiatives.
