📢 Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine (ZCMC) continues to deliver stable results and fulfill its obligations to shareholders. Last week, AMD 11.156 billion was transferred to the state budget of the Republic of Armenia as dividends corresponding to the government’s 21.87% stake in ZCMC. Since 2022, the Republic of Armenia has received a total of approximately AMD 44.406 billion (USD 113 million) in dividends from its share in the company. ZCMC remains committed to transparency, responsibility, and consistent performance, Ensuring shared success with all stakeholder groups.
🏃🤾 What brings teams together more than sports. This year for the first time ever ZCMC held a massive two-day sports event for employees. 🏆 The "Health Day – 2025" event at ZCMC brought employees together through team sports, encouraging a healthy lifestyle and strengthening corporate unity. The competitive rounds gave teams from various departments opportunity to showcase determination, teamwork, and strong spirit.
🤝 ZCMC has launched a new partnership with the Syunik Regional Administration and Teach For Armenia to improve access to quality education in Syunik. As part of this partnership, ZCMC is recognized as Teach For Armenia’s official regional sponsor in Syunik for the 2025–2026 academic year. Our sponsorship will help place teacher-leaders in underserved communities across the region, positively impacting the lives of around 2,000 students.
