How do I create a completly unique non-profit that helps people who don't have proper access to healthcare?

I'm a high school student passionate about improving access to healthcare, especially for those who lack basic necessities. I'm considering starting a non-profit that creates and distributes care kits containing essential items like period pads, heating pads, Tylenol, and similar products. I plan to collaborate with friends and raise awareness through social media. However, I realize that many people with similar goals might be doing something along the same lines. I want to find a way to make a real impact while taking a slightly different, more creative or underserved approach. What are some meaningful alternatives I could explore that still support healthcare access but stand out a bit more?

Is trying to become a PA risky, because they are oversaturated?Would it be really hard to find a job as a new grad? Is it worth it to go to PA school then?

(I also have these same questions for NPs). I'm worried that if I choose to go to PA school that I will have a hard time finding a job after and regret it. I heard that in rural areas there is high demand, but if I wanted to live in more of a mainstream/bigger city, would I not be able to get a job for a long time? I heard there are also so many more PA programs now that are contributing to the oversaturation. Especially in the later 2030s or 2040s I feel like it might be hard to get a job and that I would regret not choosing another career path.

How do I start a non-profit or community project?

I am a high school student. I want to create a non-profit or a community project where I help people who don’t have access to proper healthcare. How would I start it? Should I crate a social media page where I document my project? I’ve tried to search it up but it only suggests that I should raise money but I want to do something more than just raise money. Additionally, I would also like it create a branch that would all me to help people suffering from a heart condition because I would like to be a cardiologist in the future and it is the number one cause of death.

How do I know if I have the stomach to be an RN/work in critical care?

I consider myself a person with strong tolerance to the sort of unsightly things you find in hospitals, but I know the ICU can be a place that tests anyone. What if I fully dedicate myself to becoming a nurse, only to realize I can't handle the gore?

What is the difference in the 0-6 program and 2-4 program for PharmD, and which is more beneficial?

Alright, I'm back as a senior now! Getting into the detail for college, I decided I'm going into pharmaceutical science (if they have) or biochemistry. Some schools offer PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy), so I am planning on doing that but there's two paths. One is the direct entry, where I go straight into PharmD for 6 years (0-6 program) , or I go in as undergrad for 2 years through pre-pharm then transfer to PharmD for 4 years (2-4 program). What's like the pros and cons and which one would be more beneficial

Why should I stick to the medical field??

Why does it make sense—or not—for someone like me, who’s stronger in English and history and not really into math, to pursue a career in healthcare, specifically dermatology, even though science isn’t my strongest subject (but not my worst either)? How can I figure out if I’m making the right choice by going down the MD path, or if becoming a PA might be a better option for me?

Does anyone have knowledge of Mercy University, if it’s a good school with ratings, and do you have any information about its accelerated (weekend) nursing program?

Good afternoon my friends, Hi 👋 I hope everyone has a great day today! So I’m continuing my on a BSN nursing program both accelerated and traditional. I’m more than will to apply to another traditional nursing program (I work full time, but, can take 2-3 days off for classes and clinical.) As for an accelerated program, unfortunately I haven’t found any that allows you to continue to work, and most of them seem to be full time day programs. Also, I haven’t been able to find either program that doesn’t require you to retake your prerequisite classes if they are more than 5 years old and some require an entrance exam. My old school had no entrance exam and I took my prerequisite classes with them, I went to school on T/W and clinical is whatever day is picked for you. (You all know what happened with my old school as I explained in previous posts; I did reapply again as I mentioned but it’s a no go to get into the program again, but, at least I still graduated with my BS in LA after I switched majors. Now, I found out about Mercy University from a friend (3 campuses in Manhattan, The Bronx, and West Chester.) They have an accelerated weekend (Friday-Sunday) nursing program, no entrance exams required and there is no expiration date on prerequisite classes. You need to have a C+ or better on your prerequisite classes with a 2.8 GPA. I believe this is the door God is opening for me because I have done such extensive research! I read some ratings and reviews, a couple of people said the program wasn’t the best, etc, while others gave good reviews. I’m feeling a little uneasy now reading this, but, my friend said you can’t go by everything people say. Some will be good, some not so good, she said that’s always the case when it comes to reviews and I haven’t to be the one to make the best decision for me. So what do you think about what my friend said? Does anyone think it’s worth it for what I’m looking for? Does anyone have kid this school and it’s academic experience especially the nursing program? Lastly, if anyone knows of a traditional nursing program as I described that meets the criteria, can you recommend one? Even if it’s a private school, and though I live in Brooklyn, NY, I am willing to travel if need be no more than 2 hours going and coming. Thank you! 🙏 😊
