virtuousCITY has been my collection of blogs delivering on thoughts, ideas, strategies and resources to advance Character and Purpose and Unity as forces for growth amidst change and challenge... in the face of trails, trials and triumphs alike. That was a mouthful, lol. That said, it was a series of some 6 different blogs. A new way is about to unfold. I invite you to please consider:
A PEACE of Work Monthly
The former Leaducator and Deliver and AuKwords Series will now be shared monthly as part of A PEACE of WORK which will also offer up TUGtv episodes from the month previous. This will be a monthly newsletter with thoughts. links, conversations and resources for the Leaducators, Communitrepreneurs and Emergents we serve in our work.
The Leaducator component will serve Leaducators who are seeking to live the words of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. when he said...
- "The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character - that is the goal of true education."
... and will offer up strategies, tools and tips that help along the way.
The Deliver component will serve Communitrepreneurs by serving up strategies, tips and tools that help unite and inspire for the shorter and longer runs, engaging Character and Purpose and Unity to move forward together, stronger; ever building a better world at work, in business... and community.
The AuKwords component will serve up for the Emergents at school, work, business and community... using cartoon and column. I am calling it a cartoonumn, offering up ideas that can engage students, the young and young at heart to rise up and help forge a better world in all arenas of human endeavour. Strategies, tips and tools will be presented for same and such.

And yes, TUGtv and its myriad manifestations, including but not limited to:

Sharpen the Blades, Weekly
And then there is Sharpen the Blades. It has been a sporadic process of blogging from my website, but that will change.
Most recently, I posted 4 Points of Crossroads on March 29. Well the Crossroads have been discerned and decided upon. Sharpen the Blades will be a Weekly share of thoughts, both personal and professional, on my own journey; my own Studentry, if you will. LP Jacks said...

I prefer to think of it as Studentry... seeing such as the only real path to anything close to mastery.
As I work towards my next Peaks, I will be sharing there. In Due: The Work I felt the nudge to launch into Sharpen the Blades... as the new fierce focus. And indeed and in deed, it is part of who I am and what I do.
So, I invite you to engage any and all. I educate, coach, mentor, speak, facilitate, train, entertain, sing, dance, cartoon, write, blog, vlog, box and create to advance Character, Purpose and Unity driven leadership at school, work, business and community. These free and ad free blog resources will be part of that. As a big digger of The Mandalorian and The Way, i affectionately offer up that this is part of my New Way ... forward.
