Using the release hub
- There's one more important feature of software projects that I wanted you to know about. It's called the release hub, and it helps development teams track deployment activities. The release hub provides an overview of the versions in a software project and the issues in each version. This page shows the release versions, their dates, and their progress. Hover over the progress bar in the table to see a count of issues in each status. Each version is part of one of three states, released, unreleased, or archived. After your development team releases code to production, they should visit the release hub to mark the version released. They'll find the link to this location in their project's more menu. Click the name of any version number for additional details. Here's an example page for a specific release. This page will show links to related work, release notes, and designs.
