- Just like in other areas of Jira, Schemes allow projects to leverage one or more screens. In this section we'll discover how screens work together to power views in Jira projects. As I mentioned, Jira has different types of screens for different uses. Screen schemes associate screens with actions like creating, editing, and viewing issues. Screen schemes have a name, an optional description, and one or more associated screens for issue actions. There are also issue types screen schemes, which associate screen schemes with different issue types. Use these to have one screen scheme for tasks and a different screen scheme for subtasks and other issue types.
