“I had privilege to work with Tom for sometime while he was servicing for an important customer at InfoReliance. While the customer was in the middle of trying to define the enterprise software, Tom has taken the lead to help the customer through the uncharted water, defining the software with great details within weeks, which was a daunting task that another group of contractors could not even deliver quarter as much after months of work. Tom's success not only comes from his brilliant design skills, but also his ability to listen to the customers, inspire the customer, and channel their needs to deliverable and attainable requirements.”
