“Elizabeth and I worked closely together from 2013 to 2021. She is one of the most talented and capable professionals I’ve had the pleasure to work with in my career. She also has a great sense of humor that brings levity and connection in difficult moments. Elizabeth joined ZS’ Software Development team from a consulting role. She quickly distinguished herself and became an indispensable member of my leadership team. Elizabeth rapidly advanced from Lead to Manager to Director, and was elected by ZS partners to an Associate Principal (VP equivalent) role in June 2020. In spite of emerging as the leader from a cohort of peers, she was well-liked across the organization. Feedback for Elizabeth was always flush with superlatives - “exceptional”, “outstanding value”, “a great role model”, “commanding presence … [clients] are instantly drawn into her ideas.” When she disagrees, she does so “gracefully and in a respectful manner that our clients appreciate.” “The final work product that Elizabeth delivers is always outstanding both in content and format.” Elizabeth was consistently recognized for her excellent written and verbal communication skills. In many cases, her visual representation of concepts helped drive clarity and closure on key product roadmap decisions. She was thoughtful about how she organized her own work and the work of her team, and they regularly expressed their appreciation for that. Her team was highly engaged, assuming increased ownership of their work, and gradually evolved into leaders that gave her some much needed leverage. One ZS partner said that her “excellent planning skills … very often serve as an example to others.” In addition to her product work, Elizabeth led consulting engagements where she also made a tremendous impact; consulting work informed licensable software and vice versa. One principal said that “clients see her as someone they need to work with to help them succeed and they regularly seek out her advice.” Elizabeth was invited to co-present at the ZS Impact Event with a key client, showcasing the measurable impact of a solution she helped bring to market. It was a great recognition of the value and impact she brought to the account and to ZS more broadly.”
