By sharing a Matched Audience through Business Manager, you can create an audience once in Campaign Manager and share it with your partners and across your ad accounts. Updates to your shared Matched Audiences are automatically reflected across all ad accounts or Business Managers the audience has been shared to.
When sharing Matched Audiences, you can:
- Share an audience with individual ad accounts owned by your Business Manager or shared by your partners.
- Share an audience with a partner’s Business Manager, which allows them to share the audience with their ad accounts.
Newly created Matched Audiences take a few moments to appear in Business Manager before they can be shared.
To share a Matched Audience with individual ad accounts:

Sign in to Business Manager.

Click Matched audiences in the left menu.

Select the Matched Audiences that you want to share and click Share audiences in the upper-right corner of the page.

Select the ad accounts that you want to share the audience with and click Share.
To share a Matched Audience with a partner:

Sign in to Business Manager.

Click Partners in the left menu.

Click the name of the partner that you want to share Matched Audiences with.

In the Matched Audiences section, click the Share audiences button.

Select the checkboxes to the left of the audiences you’d like to share.

Click the Share audiences button in the upper-right corner of the page.
After sharing a Matched Audience, keep in mind:
- If you share an audience with a partner’s Business Manager, your partner will need to share that audience with their ad accounts before it can be used in campaigns.
- You can only edit, delete, or copy an audience from the ad account in which it was created.
