Log in using your Enterprise credentials
You can access LinkedIn Learning through the website or mobile app. When you log in, you’ll be redirected to your organization’s login screen based on your license type.
Explore course and video features
LinkedIn Learning offers several tools to support your learning:
- Certificates of Completion: Automatically generated when you finish a course or learning path. You can download them from your account.
- Exercise files: Downloadable resources provided by instructors to help you follow along.
- Notes: Add personal notes to videos to highlight key takeaways.
- Assessments: Chapter quizzes to test your understanding. Your organization may track your assessment activity.
Follow learning paths and save content
Your organization can recommend:
- Learning paths: Structured sequences of courses focused on a specific skill
- Collections: Curated groups of courses or videos without a set order
You’ll find these under the From your organization tab or via email recommendations.
Search, save, and share courses
Use advanced filters to find content that fits your goals. You can:
- Browse by topic (e.g., business, technology, creative)
- Explore your organization’s custom content
- Save courses to watch later
- Share content with colleagues
View your learning history
Your learning history includes all courses you’ve started or completed. If your organization upgraded from Lynda.com, your history will carry over to your LinkedIn Learning account.
Understand what your organization can see
Your organization may access:
- Courses you’ve viewed or completed
- Your profile info (name, title, photo)
- Any personal courses you’ve transferred to your group account
Manage multiple subscriptions
If you have both an individual subscription and an Enterprise license, you can switch between accounts in your settings.
