Recently, some of Viator’s marketing department gathered at our London HQ for several days of connection, collaboration, and strategic planning. After productive high-level sessions, the team took a hands-on approach to experiencing the product they market every day—by heading out on real Viator tours across London. Team members split into groups, each tasked with filming and editing their own social-first video to showcase their experience. The result? With over 2,700 developers from 20+ countries gathered in Kraków, it was an energizing week of tech talks, knowledge sharing, and community connection at one of Europe’s leading Java conferences.
