One Jersey.   One of Under Armour’s core values is “Celebrate the Wins.” Today, we honor a major milestone for one of our tenured teammates in the UK, Martin Boulton, Sr. Sales Manager- UK, Ireland, & Golf: 10 years of impact, growth, and grit.   As part of our tradition, we honor this milestone with a UA jersey—emblazoned with the teammate’s last name and the number 10. It’s more than a symbol of time—it’s a badge of commitment, teamwork, and their relentless pursuit of making athletes better.   Reflecting on his journey, Martin shared: “I’m humbled to get the jersey. Having seen it above my boss’ desk when I first started in 2015, I’ve had my eyes on the prize for some time! It’s been a wonderful decade for me at UA and the time has flown. I’ve greatly valued how the brand has empowered me in my development; UA has constantly pushed me to be better. I’ve loved the fast-paced, consumer centric approach and working in a global matrix organization with an enterprise mindset.   • Last month, members of our legal team spent the morning at the UA House at Fayette, a community hub operated by Living Classrooms Foundation. Fueled by our commitment to giving back, our teammates leveraged our 40 hours of annual paid volunteer time to make a real impact where it matters most. Together, they painted interiors and revitalized the outdoor landscape, all to create a welcoming environment for the 100+ students who walk through the doors of UA House daily.   Not only was this a great opportunity for our teammates to support an incredible organization in our community, but they were able to bond and strengthen their teamwork along the way.   • From APAC to EMEA, our Rookie Program is shaping the future.     Over the past five months, we’ve had incredible young talents interning in our offices across EMEA and APAC. Our Rookies jumped right in, learning all about Under Armour and driving real impact across the business. In EMEA, they optimized tools and unlocked insights on how to connect with our Gen Z audience. Our APAC Rookies presented a final project on how technology will transform our corporate functions – showing both critical thinking and bold ideas.     Last month, the next generation of innovators, creators, and leaders graduated from our program.   • In May, we hosted our 4th annual HBCU Career Combine at our Global Headquarters in Baltimore. We welcomed 19 exceptional students from our partnered Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) for a dynamic three-day experience.   The HBCU Career Combine is a selective early career program that provides students an opportunity to experience our brand and culture from the inside. Students explored our campus, learned about our strategy, connected with leaders, refined their public speaking skills with an executive branding coach, and visited the historic Reginald F. Lewis Museum of African American History & Culture in Baltimore.   A cornerstone of the program is the Case Study Competition, where students presented innovative plans to real business challenges for the opportunity to win a scholarship for the upcoming school year. This April, 150+ of our Digital teammates came together at Under Armour’s Global HQ in Baltimore, MD for our 2025 Hackathon—and they crushed it. 💪 Teammates across disciplines, from Digital Product Management, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Design, Engineering, QA, Project Management, Architecture, and more, joined forces to push the boundaries of what’s possible for our consumers. Over just three days, 10 cross-functional teams built bold, consumer-first solutions powered by cutting-edge tech and a shared passion for the Under Armour brand. With five awards on the line, the competition was fierce to deliver game-changing ideas to elevate our Website and ShopApp experience.   • At Under Armour, making an impact on athletes goes beyond creating performance gear. We are proud to offer our teammates 40 hours of annual paid #volunteer time to make a difference in their communities. Whether it’s mentoring youth, supporting local nonprofits, or coaching community sports, we know that small actions can lead to big change. UA’s Director of Apparel Design – Team Sports, Kelsey Greenwell, uses her volunteer hours to run the girls #lacrosse program for Bel Air Rec Council in Maryland, available to young athletes from 4 to 14 years, teaching them how to play lacrosse, and coaching the U8 Flaming Tigers.  After recognizing a gap in opportunity for girls, she and her husband also started a more competitive club level program – North Bay Lacrosse Club – where she serves as the club director. This program offers girls access to play high-level lacrosse while giving them the flexibility to participate in multiple sports and keep the joy of the game. The program is growing rapidly and will expand into six age groups this year! Because of Kelsey’s commitment, the program received one of Under Armour’s Teammate Access & Opportunity Grants earlier this year to continue their impact. These grants are awarded annually to 10 non-profits that provide access to sport and are nominated by our teammates.  Kelsey knows that sports are critical for youth and help develop life-long skills, including confidence, teamwork, and leadership ability. She encourages everyone to get involved to create more access to sport. #LifeatUA #FightonTogether
