From food truck favorite to fast casual staple, proudly pushing Filipino flavor forward since 2010.

About us

Señor Sisig is a Bay Area-born Filipino fusion brand serving bold and modern street food since 2010. What started as a single food truck slinging sisig burritos has grown into a beloved institution with multiple restaurants located in 3 San Francisco neighborhoods and 1 in Oakland, mobile kitchens, and a loyal following. Our mission is to bring Filipino flavors to the forefront of American cuisine through innovative dishes, cultural storytelling, and community connection. From our signature sisig to limited-time collabs, we’re always pushing flavor forward. We're proud to be a Filipino American-owned business that champions representation in the food industry. As we continue to grow, our values remain rooted in culture, quality, and the communities we serve. Catch us at our brick-and-mortar locations, out in the streets, or at major festivals like Outside Lands and Portola Festival. You can also find Señor Sisig on DoorDash and Uber Eats, and we offer catering for private events whether you want to host at one of our locations or have us come to you. Let’s connect — whether you’re looking to collaborate, learn more about investment opportunities, or just want to stay informed on all things Señor Sisig.

Señor Sisig is a gem! I was pleasantly surprised to discover they have multiple locations in SF. Enjoyed a delightful dinner in Oakland and stumbled upon another one while strolling from the Golden State Warriors stadium. It's inspiring to witness the Filipino culinary scene thriving! I've highlighted this on our podcast numerous times throughout the pandemic. I have a strong belief that Filipino cuisine is destined for global acclaim. The rise of Filipino food establishments in major cities worldwide is a testament to its growing popularity and influence. Exciting to see Filipino FnB making its mark across the globe! Last week, we celebrated 15 years of Señor Sisig — and were honored with an official Proclamation from the City of San Francisco and Mayor Daniel Lurie, recognizing June 21st as “Señor Sisig Day.” We were also presented with a Certificate of Honor from California Assembly Member Matt Haney and the State of California. To say I’m grateful would be an understatement. As someone born and raised in San Francisco, this city is part of my DNA. It’s where I grew up, where we started Señor Sisig, and where we’ve spent the last 15 years building something that reflects the culture, hustle, and heart of the City and the Bay Area. Through food, we’ve tried to do more than serve meals—we’ve aimed to represent our community, create opportunity, and bring people together. We’ve seen the highs and lows of SF — the boom years and the hard ones. But when a place is truly your home, you don’t run when things get tough. You lean in. You do the work. You build with love and purpose. That’s what we’ve always tried to do. Being recognized by the city we love — with a day named after our business — feels surreal. It’s more than a milestone. It’s a symbol of what’s possible when you stay committed to your vision and to your people. It’s also a reminder of the responsibility we carry to continue giving back and showing up. Thank you to the City of San Francisco, Mayor Daniel Lurie, Juslyn Manalo, Matt Haney, our incredible team, our friends & family and every single person who’s supported us along the way. Here’s to the next 15+ years of building, growing, and continuing to rep the best city in the world. 💙 💛 ❤️ 🎥 Watch the proclamation: https://lnkd.in/gD_hdeWy #SenorSisig #SanFrancisco #SmallBusiness #Community #FilipinoFood

We partnered with DoorDash to drop something special for our 15-year anniversary — the first-ever Señor Sisig bobblehead. The idea came to me earlier this year at a Warriors game during a bobblehead giveaway night. I thought, “We need one of our own.” Funny how when you put an idea into the universe, the right people show up. Shoutout to my guy Faham Zakariaei who I’ve known through our longtime partnerships with the SF Giants over the years. He had just taken a new role at Success Brands and hit me up with the opportunity to bring this vision to life. Faham and his team made the entire process smooth — exactly what you want in a partner. If you’re looking for high-quality promo products, I highly recommend tapping in with them. And in true bobblehead fashion… 🎁 It’s a giveaway — exclusively on DoorDash ! ➡️ Get your FREE Señor Sisig bobblehead with any $50+ order via DoorDash. Available at all locations — while supplies last: 📍 990 Valencia St., San Francisco 📍 1 Ferry Building, San Francisco 📍 151 Warriors Way, Suite 103, San Francisco 📍 330 17th St., Oakland *Just make sure to add the bobblehead to your cart before checking out.

  • Have you tried our newest LTO with Chef Alvin Cailan, yet? Our CEO Evan Kidera explains why LTOs matter in the QSR space- check it out!

Why LTOs Matter in QSR — and Why Señor Sisig Just Dropped a Longanisa Chopped Cheese with Alvin Cailan In quick service restaurants, Limited Time Offers (LTOs) aren’t just about hype — they’re strategic. A good LTO creates urgency, drives traffic, tests innovation, and keeps your brand fresh in a crowded market. It’s also a chance to collaborate and tell deeper stories. So what did we just do? We launched a LTO Longanisa Chopped Cheese with chef and Filipino food icon Alvin Cailan. This collab celebrates two things we both loved: Filipino flavors and NYC bodega culture — both reimagined the Señor Sisig way. The result? A next-level sandwich with Filipino soul and New York attitude. But beyond the food, collaborations like this let us tap into new audiences. By sharing followers, demographics, and platforms, we’re able to introduce Señor Sisig to people who may have never heard of us — and vice versa. It’s authentic, it’s scalable, and it strengthens both brands in the process. Not every LTO idea makes the cut — we test a lot behind the scenes, and only the ones that hit hard ever see the light of day. With Alvin, everything just clicked. We were aligned from day one, and the end result was straight fire. Some ideas stay in the vault — this one was too good not to share. 🔥 LTOs let us stay creative, stay relevant, and push boundaries — all while listening to our audience in real time. What’s the most memorable LTO you’ve seen (or created)? Drop a comment. 🎥 Check out our reel here: https://lnkd.in/gjjWiPj5 #QSR #FilipinoFood #RestaurantMarketing #LimitedTimeOffer #SeñorSisig #AlvinCailan #FoodCollab #LonganisaChoppedCheese #BrandGrowth #CrossPromotion
