Mon premier entretien de recrutement avec une IA Et j'ai été surpris 👇 La semaine dernière, Paul me présente Omogen, une IA qui fait passer des entretiens de préqualification. Par curiosité, je teste sur un poste de Technicien SAV pour des cuisines. 📞 L’IA m’appelle instantanément, ou à l’heure choisie 🗣️ Elle se présente comme telle — aucune ambiguïté ❓ Elle pose des questions concrètes, écoute, relance 💬 À un moment, elle me dit : “Imaginons que lors d'une intervention, vous ne disposez pas de la pièce détachée nécessaire dans votre véhicule. Que faites-vous pour satisfaire le client ?” Et là, je réalise : Ce n’est pas qu'un bot qui lit un script. C’est une vraie mise en situation, une bonne question comportementale, posée au bon moment. Est-ce que ça me fait rêver ? Certainement pas. Mais est-ce mieux que les mails automatiques sans réponse ? Clairement. 🌍 Le monde change vite.
