Ravens Nest #36 is a group of passionate Baltimore Ravens fans who prove that football and philanthropy are a winning team! 🏆 This group doesn’t just cheer on their favorite team, they rally behind their community, too. 💜 Throughout the year, Ravens Nest #36 advocates, fundraises, and champions Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic at events across the community. ✨ To date, they’ve raised over $13,000 to bring hope, strength, and joy to wish kids and their families. 🎊 Their commitment is fun, genuine, and deeply impactful, and we’re so grateful to have them on our team! 🌟

Six-year-old Amara adores her Barbie dolls, playing hide and seek with her friends and making forts with her mothers. 💖 Despite the challenges that come along with battling leukemia, Amara continues to bring her smile everywhere she goes. 🤗 When Amara and her family met with the Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic wish-granting volunteers, she knew exactly what she wanted her wish to be: a “my-size” Barbie Dreamhouse! ✨ When Amara’s wish day arrived, her vision became a reality. Her custom Barbie Dreamhouse stood tall, just as she had imagined. She wasted no time exploring her dreamhouse and immediately climbed onto her rainbow rock wall! 🧗♀️ We are so excited for Amara and her dream house adventures to come!

We are thrilled to share 12-year-old Bear's wish story from Alexandria, Virginia! Even while facing a genetic disorder, Bear’s passion for baseball is still strong. ⚾ Meeting the Savannah Bananas gave him the chance to swing the bat, wear his own jersey, and share laughs with a team that welcomed him like family. 💛 He even shared some ice cream in the dugout with RobertAnthony Cruz. 🍦 That day was more than baseball. Football has always brought Aiden and his brother Ryan closer. 🏈 When Aiden was diagnosed with leukemia, the game became more than a hobby, it became a source of strength. As Aiden's bone marrow donor, Ryan stood by his brother through every step of treatment. 💙 Aiden's wish was to meet Vikings All-Pro WR Justin Jefferson. Summer is our busiest time of year for granting wishes, and volunteers help ensure children facing critical illnesses experience the transformative joy and hope from a wish come true. 💙💫 Thank you so much to all of our volunteers here at Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic for helping create unforgettable memories for our wish kids and their families!

In June, we granted 32 wishes to kids fighting critical illnesses, including a wish to go whale watching in Alaska. 💙 Thank you to everyone who makes these life-changing moments possible. Together, we bring hope, joy, and strength to our incredible wish kids. 💫
