We're excited to welcome Katie Seawell as the new Chief Marketing Officer of Insomnia Cookies! 🎉 Katie brings with her experience in both fortune 500 and early-stage companies. As a former executive at Starbucks Coffee Company, she held leadership roles in marketing, category and retail operations. During this time, she accelerated the growth of the cold beverage business, transformed the marketing organization to a more digital-first approach and elevated the retail experience with the launch of Starbucks Reserve Global Roasteries. Most recently, she was the Chief Commercial Officer of Bowery Farming, an early-stage indoor vertical farming. In this role she helped shape and grow a new category of fresher, safer produce. Her focus on data and consumer insights and product innovation will be pivotal to building and elevating Insomnia's cult-like brand. Welcome to the team, Katie! 🍪
