A checklist. Whether it's on paper, a spreadsheet, or specialized software - breaking things into pieces so that you can always see what needs to be done at a glance will help get through the most complicated of projects and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Call me old-school, but I prefer pen and paper. Write out a to-do list in the morning, almost like your own personal status meeting. And then enjoy the tactile feeling of pen to paper box checking as you work through your list. I would be remiss if I didn't add that your list will grow throughout the day. Annnd you'll be rewriting some tasks into the following days to-do's. Wait, are we talking about managing work stress? Hah, good luck, hope this helps!

Managing multiple design projects can be challenging, but with the right approach, it becomes seamless. 🎨✨ If you’re an agency, assign specific brands to each team member to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery. 👥✅ This not only reduces complaints but also keeps your workflow smooth. 🚀 For freelancers, tools like Trello or Ping can be game-changers. 🛠️📋 They help track tasks, share updates with clients, and manage timelines effectively. ⏳📈 Always check your workload before committing to a new project to avoid delays. 🚦 The key is smart planning and organization to maintain quality and meet deadlines effortlessly. 🎯💼 A little planning + the right tools = happy clients and smoother workflows! 🚀
