Being under pressure can be enjoyable for some, as adrenaline keeps them motivated, while others may find it stressful. How you manage your energy plays a significant role in your experience. Breathing exercises can be beneficial, especially when combined with extracurricular activities related to your field. While quality may seem unrelated to stress, it is connected. When you feel relaxed despite the pressure, you are likely to improve your performance. Additionally, collaborating in a balanced team brings together diverse expertise for enhanced outcomes. It's also important to maintain logs or journals that help you visualize your performance in various areas. This way, you can identify areas for improvement and excel in your work. =)

Last-minute design changes are always tough, but I try to stay calm and focus on the core message of the design. I keep my files organized and use layers properly so I can make quick edits without starting from scratch. I also communicate clearly with the client about what’s possible in the time left. Even under pressure, I make sure the design still looks clean and balanced. Good planning and a flexible mindset really help!

To maintain top-notch quality despite eleventh-hour design revisions, focus on clear communication, prioritise changes, and adapt your approach while staying calm and positive. This involves understanding the scope of the revisions, assessing their impact, and communicating these changes clearly to stakeholders. By strategically managing the revision process, you can minimise the impact of unexpected changes while maintaining a high standard of work.
