As a person who is working to build a personal brand, it is impossible to have a positive reputation to everyone, there will always be some criticism. But one has to be careful that he does not hampers his company image b doing irresponsible activity, one way to do is to take a one to one discussion with some of the industry leaders on their idea about you.
