    I like to hit the pause button and take a step back to understand from all relevant stakeholders what the main goals are, make sure the whole team is aligned on those goals for the new scope, and then let that dictate how we prioritize the tactical. Then we need to ensure everyone knows what role they now play, review and adjust the timeline, and then create a cadence for check-ins and updates to stakeholders,
