Revisit the “why”—Remind the team of the bigger vision and impact of their work. 5. Listen actively—Let team members express concerns and offer ideas. Feeling heard=staying motivated. I see my team as one. Until everyone is motivated, we are all demotivated. Once they know this, they know everyone gets involved to make things better.
