For everyday I block 1 hour and the beginning and 1 hour the end of my day to attend to emails. I block 4 hours for focussed work and set my teams to "Do not desturb". I use the Eisenhower matrix to divide my "to do's" into 4 boxes based on tasks I must do first, tasks scheduled for later, tasks to delegate and tasks to delete. I divide this over my week.
