When developers criticize your design, see it as an opportunity. Their comments will reveal problems you may not have noticed. Instead of getting defensive, listen and analyze. Explain your decision clearly and clarify not only the “what” and “how” but also the “why.” Ask questions to understand opposing viewpoints and find a compromise. If the designer's arguments are valid, reconsider your approach. A designer's true skill lies in adapting while maintaining the integrity of the product and turning criticism into a tool for growth.

When developers question design concepts, it's often because they anticipate technical limitations, feel it might increase engineering effort, or know a simpler alternative to doso. The best way to address their concerns is to go through each point they raise methodically. If you already have a solid rationale, explain why the design makes sense. If not, revisit user research to gather insights that justify the decisions. At the same time, keep an open mind, developers approach problems with a logical mindset and may offer valuable perspectives that lead to a more efficient or effective solution.

Please keep in mind that reviewers are offering a helping hand to the designer when providing feedback. They sometimes criticize the design; however, comments can also help us think of novel concepts. Take all feedback constructively. Analyze which ones are critical and incorporate them. It is up to the designers to decide which feedback should be implemented or excluded. When you discard a review comment, you should be confident about it and understand the risk associated with it.

Realize a coleta de feedbacks da sua equipe, reflita sobre todos os pontos e defina o que você deve manter que está indo bem, o que deve melhorar para ficar claro para todos e o que deve evitar fazer para não gerar novos ruídos.

Do, what is it worth for. Take notes but do it only when it's adding value to your work or life, monetary. If you're not getting paid for more as in what is being asked in any manner, Just add it on for your constructive thinking but do not give it back to them.
