Creating trust when someone works remote, is a widely spread idea, which needs to be ventured through discussion. 1. Check them up, but don't make it a daily boring presence marking system. In stead, letting them be a part of the company news and keeping them in the loop of company achievement news, may be the newsletter, creates a more binding mentality for those who don't arrive in the office everyday. The sense of inclusiveness is built, which let the trust grow, and this is given that the trust need to work both ways. 2. In supply chain, a person works remotely not bacause you just have to keep him there. It is because that person will make your work easier by managing the field. So being available to share opinion is must. Useful

To establish trust and connection with volunteers virtual requires a system that checks them in regularly, creating a feedback system that would involve them sharing or giving reports about the job at intervals, it's important that they report real time happenings as regards the task needed to be done.
