Managing conflicting deadlines in graphic design requires prioritization and effective planning. Start by listing all projects and deadlines, then assess their urgency and complexity. Break each project into smaller tasks and allocate time based on priority. Use tools like calendars or project management apps to stay organized. Communicate with clients or stakeholders about realistic timelines, ensuring expectations are aligned. Focus on one task at a time to maintain quality and avoid burnout. If needed, delegate or seek help from your team. Staying proactive, adaptable, and transparent ensures you deliver on time without compromising creativity.

Pin point outlines about urgency and then list them in cronological order. This will lead you to find your milestones easily. Having at a glance the order you can set activities that lead to to those specific goals in each milestone. Remember when feel ovewhelmed is better to find your five minutes milkyway to let you fresh your brain. If you incoporate your team in some tasks, follow the same procedure and sum up the progress. Write down on a board as team can help you to visualize and sum up ideas that can lead to a better progress.
