From taking calls in red telephone boxes to working with mobile phones and travelling the world, Mickey’s story reflects how much has changed over four decades. The Great People Manager Programme (GPMP) is a global initiative designed to strengthen leadership across our business - and it's a powerful example of that belief in action. With 83 sessions and over 1500 leaders participating across all levels globally, GPMP has helped create a shared leadership experience rooted in connection, confidence, and care.
