Today we officially opened our new Leadership Academy in Barrow-in-Furness 🎉 Designed to develop world-class leaders for our Submarines business and support our National Endeavour. With 15 learning spaces, six coaching pods and two team zones, the Academy will deliver over 4,000 learning opportunities each year. Welcome to the Janet Harvey Hall - Glasgow's state-of-the-art shipbuilding facility, named after one of the many women who supported the wartime industry. Opened by Lord Provost of Glasgow and Janet's nieces, the ceremony reflected on the past and looked ahead to an exciting future for the city.
