 Leadership of a team of delegate sales executives selling intellectually-driven business conferences. Role heavily focused on understanding how to find attendees through LinkedIn, Xing and Google search. Increased sales across telecommunication, travel, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and energy markets.
Key achievements:
 Delivered over £¼m revenue in first full quarter (average was £100k prior to my appointment). A new business record for company.
 Positive revenue growth every quarter.
 Considerably improved staff retention by restructuring the existing team and careful recruitment.
