What an unforgettable day! We had an absolute blast hosting Team Telenor Alpine Norway at Helly Hansen HQ. The real adventure kicked off when we hit the water, proving that great teamwork makes the dream work, on and off the slopes!

What an incredible #OpenMountain Month it's been! We're still buzzing from a truly global celebration of the outdoors, connecting with our community, and showcasing the spirit of adventure that defines us. From consumer-facing events that brought mountain enthusiasts together around the world, to delighting our audiences with social media giveaways spanning product and event access that money truly can't buy - it was fantastic to see so many of you embracing the mountains with us throughout the month of June. We were also incredibly proud to highlight the inspiring adventures of our Helly Hansen ambassadors and partners, whose passion and achievements truly embody the essence of exploration. And the fun didn't stop there! We even brought our own team together for a fantastic team-building day in the mountains surrounding our Oslo HQ. It was a perfect reminder of the incredible landscape that inspires our gear and our mission. A huge thank you to everyone who participated, shared their adventures, and made this Open Mountain Month an unforgettable success. We are honored to share some very exciting news - Helly Hansen and the Norwegian Sailing Federation (NSF) will extend our historic partnership with a new four-year agreement extending to 2028. ⛵ A partnership born on the sea with 40 years of innovation, Olympic medals and the development of sailing, NSF x HH is one of the longest-lasting in Norwegian sports and is approaching a historic 40th anniversary in 2026. "Helly Hansen has been a fantastic partner for Norwegian sailing for several decades. Their understanding of the sport and ability to develop products that meet the needs of sailors has made a big difference. We really look forward to taking this further with the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics as our most important sporting goal in the years ahead," says Christian Bordal, General Director at the Norwegian Sailing Association. This long-standing partnership coincides with an important milestone for Helly Hansen as we look to celebrate our 150th anniversary in 2027. Founded in Moss, Norway in 1877 by sailor Helly Juell Hansen, we have developed into a global leader in technical sailing clothing and look forward to continuing to support our deep roots in the Norwegian sailing community.

This month we celebrated 10 years of speed, endurance, and team spirit with the legendary Hemsedal Up N' Down race! Teams of 2-3 skiers took on the challenge, pushing their limits down the hills of Hemsedal in Norway🚀 We are proud to be a partner of this iconic event – and this year, we took it to the next level with 8 Helly Hansen teams in the race! 2025 is already shaping up to be another exciting year for Helly Hansen!    I am thrilled to share the news that Kontoor Brands, Inc. has signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire Helly Hansen from Canadian Tire Corporation. This is a pivotal moment for us, and an exceptional opportunity to further accelerate our global growth strategy, extend the reach of our innovative and award-winning products, and build deeper, stronger connections with our customers and consumers. We are all incredibly energized about the path forward and looking forward to joining the Kontoor family.   I would also like to thank CTC, who have been a strong and supportive owner over the last 6 years.
