Viva Technology 2025 offered us the opportunity to demonstrate our omnichannel strategy on the LVMH Dreamscape, where stories connect and where innovation shape the future of retail. Our showcase focused on two key projects, reflective of the fulfillment we find in delighting our clients every day: 1️⃣ The Sephora Pinball game, integrated into the SEA app and SEPHORiA events, turns product exploration into a fun, engaging celebration, deepening brand connection through unique gamified experiential journeys. 2️⃣ The Sephora Beauty Kiosk brings 90 of our best-selling products to US and Canadian college campuses, reinforcing our accessible, meaningful, and inclusive omnichannel strategy. 🎙️ Sephora leaders and experts shared valuable GenAI and tech insights on stage, proudly representing Sephora as the only global omnichannel beauty retailer.
