BOTTEGA VENETA PRESENTS ‘CRAFT IS OUR LANGUAGE’, A CAMPAIGN MARKING THE 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ICONIC INTRECCIATO LEATHER WEAVE Shot by Jack Davison and choreographed by Lenio Kaklea, the campaign celebrates Bottega Veneta handcraft and creativity, as well as the wider beauty of hand gestures as a universal language. First introduced in 1975, the Intrecciato weave is not only Bottega Veneta’s signature craft; it is also a powerful expression of interconnectedness, exchange, and the collaborative ethos at the heart of the house ever since it was founded by a collective of artisans in 1966. True to this spirit, Craft is our Language captures hand gestures that represent Intrecciato alongside universal hand gestures that connect people across generations, cultures, backgrounds, and contexts. In still images and film, the campaign features Bottega Veneta artisans alongside outstanding practitioners across art, film, fashion, literature, music, and sports. These include singer-songwriter and record producer Jack Antonoff, director Dario Argento, designer Edward Buchanan, artist and sculptor Barbara Chase-Riboud, singer-songwriter Neneh Cherry, filmmaker and creative Dave Free, model and actress Lauren Hutton, singer I.N, actor Troy Kotsur, actress Vicky Krieps, actor Terrance Lau, actress Rie Miyazawa, actress Julianne Moore, tennis player Lorenzo Musetti, actress Shu Qi, writer Zadie Smith, singer-actress Thanaerng, recording artist and producer Tyler Okonma, and conductor Lorenzo Viotti. #BOTTEGAVENETA

BOTTEGA VENETA HIGHLIGHTS WORLD ART AWARENESS MONTH WITH GLOBAL CULTURAL ENCOUNTERS Each April, for World Art Awareness Month, Bottega Veneta curates cultural encounters across every region—sparking dialogue and celebrating the artists who inspire us. On the 15th of April, we held a special gathering at Villa e Collezione Panza in Varese, discussing the contributions of Giuseppe Panza di Biumo and his wife Giovanna in shaping the trajectory of modern art. The event featured the special attendance of CEO Bartolomeo Rongone and colleagues from our headquarters. Across our regions, we invited colleagues to engage with art and curated art talks – from Isamu Noguchi at New York’s Guggenheim and Soundwalk Collective & Patti Smith at Tokyo’s Museum of Contemporary Art to Carlo Scarpa at Venice’s Fondazione Querini Stampalia. #BOTTEGAVENETA

BOTTEGA VENETA PAYS TRIBUTE TO SCARPA Bottega Veneta upholds its core values by honoring culture and championing artistic freedom. Each April, for World Art Awareness Month, we curate cultural encounters across every region—sparking dialogue and celebrating the artists who inspire us. Two weeks ago in Milan, CEO Bartolomeo Rongone Rongone and Creative Director Louise Trotter welcomed colleagues to the Theatre at Palazzo San Fedele for an exclusive conversation with architect Tobia Scarpa. The evening concluded with a screening of The Pavilion on the Water – a poetic film by Stefano Croci and Silvia Siberini exploring Carlo Scarpa’s enduring bond with Japan. #BOTTEGAVENETA

BOTTEGA VENETA HOSTS A POETIC CONVERSATION — AN IMMERSIVE INSTALLATION THAT BRINGS POETRY, INDIVIDUALITY, AND DESIGN INTO POWERFUL DIALOGUE. On April 18 and 19, Bottega Veneta opened its interactive installation at the Rowing Club in Shanghai, showcasing 19,000 copies of In Such a Staggering World by renowned Chinese poet Yu Xiuhua. The books were arranged in a three-dimensional Bottega Veneta brandmark, which slowly dissolved as visitors took home a copy, leaving only the poetry and the personal reflections of each reader. Yu’s evocative writing — raw, confessional, and deeply personal — challenges perceptions of love, freedom, and disability. Her work reflects a profound connection to the themes of individuality and self-expression, principles that Bottega Veneta has championed since its founding in 1966. In this poetic act, the installation becomes a living expression of the brand’s enduring philosophy: When your own initials are enough. #BOTTEGAVENETA
