Today, we’re proud to release TILLI’s 2024 Impact Report. What if care was as easy as buying something new? That’s the question we’ve been asking — and answering — at TILLI since day one. We’ve spent the past 8 years building a frictionless experience around Care & Repair — making it simple, rewarding, and a natural part of how we engage with fashion. In 2024 and 2025, some of the industry’s biggest names joined the cycle — and helped make lasting change possible. 📢 Today, we’re proud to share our first public Impact Report. It reflects the progress we’ve made together — and the vision we’re scaling for the years ahead. Key milestones so far: 🧵 116,000+ items repaired 🌱 880 t CO₂e saved 🧑🔧 Up to +50% higher compensation for artisans on key services 💬 100,000+ monthly touchpoints for Care & Repair content & incentives To our partners, clients, artisans, and teams: thank you. To those ready to make circularity part of their model: let’s build together. 🔗 Read the full report in the first comment. #ImpactReport #CircularFashion #CareAndRepair #Sustainability #FashionTech #JoinTheCycle

🎬🧵 Backstage Atelier: The Art of Visible Mending with SESSÙN This week, we’re taking you behind the scenes of a delicate transformation - where thread becomes storytelling. An iconic outerwear piece from our partner SESSÙN came into our atelier with a few scars - tiny holes that deserved attention and care. But rather than hiding them, we embraced them. The result? A poetic embroidery, custom-designed to make the imperfection part of the piece’s soul. 🌿 From sketch to stitch: the motif was hand-drawn, the colours carefully selected, and the embroidery brought to life by one of our expert artisans. 🌿 Visible mending, proudly embraced: each stitch restores beauty, identity, and life to the garment. Thank you to Faustine Martin and Léa Dhélin at Sessùn for entrusting us with their consumers’ cherished pieces. 💛 At Tilli, we honour garments that matter and collaborate with leading brands to extend the life of iconic creations through craftsmanship and care. 📩 Looking to offer your consumers a second life for their favourite pieces? Let’s connect. #LuxuryRepair #Artisanat #FashionSustainability #VisibleMending #EmbroideryArt

What if scaling a business meant scaling people first? At TILLI, it does. Our strength lies in a growing community of empowered artisans and ambassadors — like Mona — who carry our mission forward every day, with purpose and pride. 🎥 In this video, Mona, one of our very first Tillists, shares her personal story and what “Join the Cycle” truly means — from the inside. Because TILLI isn’t just a service. It’s a living, breathing ecosystem powered by those who believe in the power of craft, connection, and collective momentum. ➡️ People first. Community always. #JoinTheCycle #TILLICommunity #ArtisansOfChange #Craftsmanship #CircularEconomy #PeoplePowered #Ambassadors

At Tilli, we believe excellence lies in the details. Every Care & Repair launch is a tailored experience, built in close collaboration with each brand. In recent weeks, we’ve worked hand in hand with Tara Jarmon Officiel, ZAPA, 5àsec and Bellerose to launch Care & Repair directly in their retail networks - with brand-specific support designed to fit their identity and customer promise, down to the last detail. 🧵 Collection Audits Our experts dive deep into each collection pre-launch to anticipate repair and alteration needs. This allows us to shape a service offer that matches each product line perfectly. 🛠️ Retail Training We bring retail teams together for hands-on sessions - covering tools, customer scenarios, and sales positioning - so they’re confident and equipped to deliver the full Tilli experience from day one. As Marion Goujon, Store Manager at Bellerose Charonne, shared: “The training sessions were clear and really helpful - they gave us everything we needed to feel confident. The platform itself is intuitive, and the first pickups and returns went perfectly.” Care & Repair is not just a service. It’s a movement - built to extend the life of fashion, and create value at every step of the retail experience. #CareAndRepair #RetailExcellence #CircularFashion #FashionAftercare

Something big has been happening. Over the past few weeks, Tara Jarmon Officiel, ZAPA, Bellerose, GAYASKIN, Maison Montagut, Flotte ... have all launched the TILLI Care & Repair service for their customers. One after another, these bold, forward-thinking brands are choosing TILLI to help make Care & Repair a new standard in fashion — and we couldn’t be prouder. Our mission to elevate Care & Repair into a central, desirable, and lasting part of the fashion experience is resonating more than ever. And we’re only getting started. Even more are on the way. And we’re counting the days until we can tell you who. To all those who believe that fashion can be better — more conscious, more lasting, more caring — thank you. This is just the beginning.

Small Repair, Big Change. The European Commission has just validated environmental labeling for clothing—a major milestone to help everyone better understand the impact of their choices. As Minister Agnès Pannier-Runacher said: “A key tool to help consumers understand the impact of their purchases and to allow responsible producers to stand out.” Backed by the European Commission, the methodology—led by French agency ADEME—will roll out gradually from the second half of 2025, on a voluntary basis. At TILLI, we’ve believed it from the start: repair is one of the most tangible ways to extend a garment’s life and reduce its footprint. But why? Because environmental labeling is based on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)—a methodology that evaluates a product’s full impact: from raw material extraction to manufacturing, transport, usage, washing, and end-of-life. The longer a garment lasts, the more its initial impact is spread out. A piece worn 2, 3, or 4 times longer—thanks to repair—has a significantly lower impact per use. Some methodologies (like those tested by ADEME) adjust environmental scores based on durability and repairability. If a brand offers repair—or designs for easy repair—it can earn a better score. Enter Ecobalyse, France’s upcoming environmental scoring system for clothing. For the first time, repairability and access to repair services will affect a garment’s impact score. Ecobalyse will assign an environmental index based on: ✔️ Material origin ✔️ Fiber type ✔️ Price point ✔️ Durability and repairability Each product will display a score—from zero to infinity. The lower, the better for the planet. Just as price shows financial cost, Ecobalyse reveals environmental cost. How is the score calculated? It’s based on Life Cycle Analysis—emissions, microfibers, water and energy use—but also brand-level criteria: ✔️ Average product lifespan ✔️ Repair service availability ✔️ Traceability ✔️ Incentives to repair rather than replace Here’s where repair becomes a game changer. Repair boosts the durability coefficient, a key metric influencing the score. Each item gets a coefficient from 0.5 to 1.5: 0.5 doubles the score (penalty for poor durability) 1.5 divides it by 1.5 (reward for high durability) The strongest lever? Incentives to repair, such as: The ratio between average repair cost and sale price. Whether the brand offers accessible repair or a guarantee. 🙌🏼 In short: offering repair means scoring better. Soon, these efforts will be visible, measurable, and rewarded. This is a strong answer to ultra-fast fashion—and a real opportunity to refocus on care, quality, and craftsmanship. Environmental labeling calls for more transparency, education, and change in how we make, wear, and preserve clothes. FAGUO, 1083, Petit Bateau, CYRILLUS, … are already on board. At TILLI, we’re ready to help more brands join them. Are you?

TILLI - Join The Cycle ® at Vestiaire Collective When craftsmanship meets commitment, every pair finds new purpose. At Vestaire Co, employees handed over their sneakers to our artisan partner for a full Care & Clean treatment — from deep cleaning to detailed finishing. What followed was more than just restoration: it was a celebration of second chances. Through this live activation, we demonstrated how professional care services extend the life of products and help shift the way we consume — with intention, and respect for craft. Thanks to our partner @Vestiaire Collective for hosting this meaningful event, and to our talented artisan @la.cleanique for bringing each pair back to life. At Tilli, inspiration often starts with the amazing brands we work with! 😎 We’re thrilled to launch across France with Bellerose, the iconic Belgian brand known for its effortless style. To celebrate, we collaborated with the Bellerose team to create a fun before/after video - a playful nod to the "perfect fit" between our two brands. Recently, we welcomed Zara’s teams into our ateliers in Paris to shoot Care & Repair content. This time, it’s our very own Morgane Hourseau - Tilli’s marketing manager - who stepped in front of the camera for Bellerose! At Tilli, we’re always up for fresh ideas. We believe Care & Repair should feel just as inspiring and playful as the brands we support. 👏 Simon Delacour Morgane Hourseau Dominique Roger Marie Duguet 📧 Drop us a message - we’d love to chat about how we can bring new energy to your Care & Repair strategy!
