Welcoming our New Talents at LVMH Fragrance Brands! Last months, marked the beginning of a new adventure for the brilliant talents joining us. A warm welcome to the Maison! Our newcomers embarked on an enriching onboarding seminar, deep diving into the culture and values of LVMH Fragrance Brands, as well as the heritage of our two Maisons: Parfums Givenchy and KENZO Parfums. Through engaging presentations and immersive workshops, they uncovered the secrets behind our iconic products, from Givenchy make up to the olfactory essence of the new Eau de Parfum L'Eau Pure by KENZO Parfums. Their senses were not only awakened to the world of fragrances but also to our vision of being entrepreneurs of beauty. Finally, their onboarding ended with a delicious cocktail party on our rooftop, offering stunning views and encouraging conversation. Celebrating music & fragrance in Paris this summer with KENZO Parfums For the launch of L’Eau Pure by KENZO Parfums, we partnered with SEPHORA for an unforgettable street sampling activation during the "Fête de la Musique" celebrated on June 21. Our teams brought the fresh scent of Eau Pure Kenzo to life at iconic locations throughout Paris, like Opéra, La Défense, , Rivoli, Chatelet and or even the remarkable Avenue des Champs Elysée. This event engaged thousands of people with a unique olfactive experience: branded KENZO bikes, flags, and a cloud of scented bubbles ! Over 10 000 samples and flyers were distributed, sharing the vibrant freshness of L’Eau Pure, a universal and elegant fragrance with 91% natural-origin ingredients. For the third edition of our Leadership Talks, we received Maud Petit-Lagalaye PETIT LAGALAYE, Global HR Director and Adeline Vidal, International General Manager. On this occasion, our leaders shared key advice and valuable insights from their inspiring careers. From their experiences in various companies and Maisons, to their international journeys in many countries like in Sweden, Brazil, Dubai or even in Germany, they highlighted the importance of adaptability, collective intelligence and acute self-awareness. Giving colors back to the ocean. Originally from French Polynesia, 27-year-old Titouan Bernicot founded Coral Gardeners in 2017, with the help of a few friends. Witnessing the gradual disappearance of the reefs surrounding his native island, he decided to take action and restore the ocean's natural colours.
