CSRD stop or continue At Legrand, we see CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) as an opportunity to strengthen our reporting on our key material topics on #CSR and the strategies and action plans we are rolling out across the company. This was shared by Virginie Gatin, our Executive VP Corporate Social Responsibility, during the BSMART 4Change interview following the roundtable “CSRD: Stop or Continue?” held during the Sustainable Transformation Summit. The Directive encourages companies to further structure their sustainability priorities, and foster alignment across all levels of the organization as well as be more transparent. Simplification will still be needed on CSRD as the initial ESRS norms published are complex and burdensome with hundreds of datapoints to report on. Our program “I am a woman, I am an electrician,” deployed by Legrand Perú ‘s team is recognized by the GEEIS-SDG Trophy at the 30th anniversary of the ARBORUS endowment fund, creator of the GEEIS label.
