On June 24 and 25, the HQ Marketing team — led by our Chief Marketing Officer Laura Michiko Martini — welcomed the Marketing Directors from Leasys' 11 European countries for a two-day Marketing Family Meeting at our Rome offices. This event was not only a moment to strengthen cross-market collaboration and share local best practices, but also a key opportunity to align on strategic priorities and co-design the future of our marketing efforts. A central focus of the meeting was the definition of strategic projects and the development of new digital platforms aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency across Europe. Through a series of presentations and interactive workshops, participants exchanged insights, explored innovative approaches, and worked together to shape impactful marketing initiatives. The meeting also featured an outdoor team-building activity in the stunning setting of Villa Borghese — a pleasant moment that enriched the experience with the unique atmosphere of Rome. Last week, at MOVE: Mobility Re-imagined in London, Pamela Dela Cruz, Managing Director of Leasys Austria, joined an all-female panel discussion alongside Désirée Mettreaux (Camplify Holdings Limited) and Kimberly Hurd (Bolt), moderated by Cristina Ciocioni (Allianz Partners), to explore the transformative shift beyond ownership that is redefining the future of mobility.
