🔵 Latecoere is pleased to announce the appointment of Antoine Gaugler as Chief Procurement Officer, effective July 1st, 2025. He will report to Yves Yemsi, Group COO.   Antoine brings more than 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry, having held key sourcing and procurement roles at Airbus — notably contributing to major programs such as the A380 and A400M, as well as leading strategic sourcing for Airbus in China. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at Satys Cabin. He holds an engineering degree from INSA Toulouse and an MBA from HEC Paris.   Yves Yemsi, Group COO: “We are pleased to welcome Antoine to our leadership team. The sixth cohort of the Latecoere Leadership Program — bringing together participants from 7 countries — recently convened at our Plovdiv site for their final on-site session. This marks a key milestone in shaping the next generation of managers equipped to lead in a fast-evolving aerospace landscape.   Throughout the week, participants deepened their skills across core leadership pillars: • People development & employee experience – Focusing on engagement, team growth, and leadership culture. • Customer orientation – Led remotely by Sam Marnick, President Americas, from the Paris Air Show, highlighting the critical role of customer value and long-term trust. • Strategy & project management – With insights from our Transformation Office, emphasizing clarity, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.   The program also included hands-on experiences, such as a visit to our Plovdiv aerostructures operations — providing firsthand understanding of local contributions to the Group. [AÉRONAUTIQUE] #découverte #SIAE25 👀✈️ | Salon du Bourget 2025 : quand les jeunes prennent leur envol vers l’industrie ! 📍Cette année, l’UIMM Occitanie a eu le plaisir d’accompagner 80 jeunes au cœur du plus grand rendez-vous mondial de l’aéronautique, dans le cadre de notre mission pour l’attractivité des métiers industriels. ✈️ 72 jeunes – alternants, demandeurs d’emploi, étudiants en écoles supérieures – ont rejoint le stand de la La Région Occitanie / Pyrénées-Méditerranée, grâce au soutien du CMQE Aéronautique et Spatial - Occitanie, après un vol en ATR. 👉 Sur place, ils ont participé à un quiz sur les métiers de l’industrie et ont pu échanger avec des professionnels. 👨🏫 D’autres jeunes, élèves de 2nde en stage avec l’UIMM, ont également vécu une journée immersive exceptionnelle : 🚶♂️➡️Visite de Latecoere et AIR SUPPORT 🔎 Découverte de l’Avion des métiers 🎮 Expériences au Pavillon Région Occitanie : quiz sur l’industrie et simulateurs de vol 🛩️ Accès au balcon du Chalet Occitanie / UIMM pour admirer les démonstrations aériennes en vol 💬 Une journée riche en découvertes et en inspiration, au plus près des métiers et innovations qui font la fierté de notre industrie. 🙌 Merci à tous nos partenaires, aux entreprises mobilisées, au CMQE, à la Région Occitanie / Pyrénées Méditerranée, et à tous les encadrants qui ont permis cette formidable opération.
