Why choosing hydrogen for heavy-duty transport? Because it enables zero-emission alternative to diesel without compromising on performance or range. Our partnership is helping to transform heavy-duty transport with a fleet of 40-ton trucks that deliver diesel-like performance, a driving range of up to 400 km, and most importantly, zero tailpipe emissions. Since the beginning of may, the truck is driving night between Belgium and France transporting spare parts for Toyota. 🌍 Groupe CAT accelerates for climate In 2024, Groupe CAT strengthened its climate ambition by formally committing to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), aligning with the Paris Agreement objective to limit global warming to 1.5°C, or well below 2°C. As part of this commitment, the group has set the following emissions reduction targets: -42% reduction in Scopes 1&2 emissions from our own operations by 2030 -52% reduction in Scope 3 emissions from our indirect activities by 2030 But numbers are just the start. We’re powering change now through end-to-end solutions, electric & hydrogen trucks, eco-driving, biofuels, and also rail transport solutions. Beyond the environment, we champion health & safety, diversity, employee development, social dialogue, and human rights with strong ethical oversight.
