À propos
Hospitality is, above all else, a history of style! This is not about trend, ornamentation, or concept, but style in its most authentic form. It is the singular "je ne sais quoi" that one feels in entering a legitimate space, a sentiment nearly impossible to define, but that nevertheless delineates a group’s strength. Style is precisely this -- a delicate alchemy of know-how and sincerity. This is what transcends time and creates a unique, trusting relationship with each and every client in The Experimental Group all around the world ! The Experimental Group’s philosophy of service is constituted and affirmed by three key principles: the quality of its products, precision of service, and the feeling of pleasure since 2007.

In 2007, the Experimental Cocktail Club quietly opened its doors in Paris. Behind it were three childhood friends Olivier Bon, Pierre-Charles Cros and Romée de Goriainoff, who were later joined by Xavier Padovani. Together, they introduced a new kind of cocktail bar to the city: American-style, speakeasy-inspired, where precision met the elegance of simplicity. That small venue quickly laid the foundation for something much more than just a bar: a true culture of experience. That culture of detail, hospitality, and creativity has become the DNA of the Experimental. It lives on in each of our properties, through careful attention to the drinks, the design, the atmosphere, and above all, the people. The Experimental Cocktail Club embodies a vision of service: unpretentious yet refined. A passion for doing things well, nurtured by dedicated teams who proudly carry this unique philosophy forward. To this day, that very first bar continues to inspire the spirit of the group from Paris to London, Ibiza to Verbier and Val d'Isere, Venice to New York... A testament to how a strong, sincere, and living culture can transcend borders… and time.

A heartfelt thank you to ELLE Magazine for this beautiful spotlight, and to everyone who brings this address to life, day after day.

Dorothée Meilichzon, a Paris-based interior architect with a singular vision, has been imagining spaces for Experimental that tell stories — places where you can feel the spirit of the location before even setting down your bags. Soft curves, raw materials and playful details. Every element matters. In all our properties, she brings a warm, bold, and deeply vibrant aesthetic. More than a style, it is an atmosphere. A vision of luxury that invites disconnection, emotion, and experience. Dorothée is our visual soul. And so much more.
