This marks a fundamental shift: models are becoming commodities, and what truly matters is how intelligence is orchestrated and embedded into workflows. 🗣️ As Satya Nadella put it: "The models are getting commoditized. OpenAI is not a model company, it’s a product company." Two developments illustrate this #transformation: 1️⃣ Manus, a product that integrates research, automation, and visual reasoning with seamless orchestration. Users don’t interact with models; they simply experience results, highlighting that experience design creates value instead of model ownership. 2️⃣ OpenAI’s Responses API, which allows developers to build #agentic applications with multi-step reasoning and tool use all within a single, unified interface, eliminating the complexity of manual API integration.
